  • 4 cups 1001 Cookie Starter Mix
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • C&H® Granulated Sugar , for coating

Instructions
Yields: About 3 dozen cookies
Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets, or use parchment paper.

Step 2

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except sugar, using hand mixer or stand mixer with regular beater attachments.

Step 3

Roll into 1-inch balls, and roll in sugar until lightly coated. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.

Step 4

Bake 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
