Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Add oats; stir until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic film. Place in the refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Spoon oats evenly into four serving jars. Garnish with banana slices, nuts, golden raisins, toasted coconut or fresh fruits for a delicious breakfast.
