  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp packed C&H® Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 and ½ tbsp Water
  • 1 cup Pecan halves
  • 1 cup Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 3/4 cup of butter (1 and 1/2 sticks)
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin butter
  • 2/3 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1-2 Boxes of crackers, your favorite variety
  • 2-3 large Honeycrisp apples, sliced into rounds

Make Pecans & Pepitas

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add C&H® Light Brown Sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water to a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Let cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes, until bubbling. 

Step 2

Stir in the pecans and pepitas, making sure they’re well coated. Continue stirring and cooking for 2-3 more minutes. Place on prepared pan to cool. 

Assemble Butter Board

Step 3

Spread softened butter on your board. Then, dollop the pumpkin butter over the whole board, swirling it in with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle on your cinnamon sugar salted pecans & pepitas, then your cranberries. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

Step 4

Serve with a sliced baguette, your favorite crackers, and sliced apple rounds. Dig in!
