Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add C&H® Light Brown Sugar, cinnamon, salt, and water to a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Let cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes, until bubbling.
Step 2
Stir in the pecans and pepitas, making sure they’re well coated. Continue stirring and cooking for 2-3 more minutes. Place on prepared pan to cool.
Step 3
Spread softened butter on your board. Then, dollop the pumpkin butter over the whole board, swirling it in with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle on your cinnamon sugar salted pecans & pepitas, then your cranberries. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
Step 4
Serve with a sliced baguette, your favorite crackers, and sliced apple rounds. Dig in!
