Pink Lemonade Ice Pops

A clever twist on a classic frozen treat, these delicious pops are an unbelievably refreshing summertime snack perfect for adding flavor to after-school adventures.

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup (2 to 3 lemons) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
Instructions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher; mix well. Pour into molds (either commercial plastic or homemade) and add wooden craft sticks.

Step 2

Freeze at least 24 hours.

If you don't have plastic ice pop molds, use 5-ounce ("kitchen") paper cups. Fill and freeze until partially set, then insert wooden craft sticks into each cup. Freeze until firm. Before serving, carefully peel off paper cups.
