Pink Lemonade Ice Pops

Cranberry juice—not food coloring—makes this a fruity and colorful treat on a hot summer day.

YIELDS

12 ice pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup (2 to 3 lemons) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher; mix well. Pour into molds (either commercial plastic or homemade) and add wooden craft sticks.

Freeze at least 24 hours.

QUICK TIP

If you don't have plastic ice pop molds, use 5-ounce ("kitchen") paper cups. Fill and freeze until partially set, then insert wooden craft sticks into each cup. Freeze until firm. Before serving, carefully peel off paper cups.
