Peach Mojito

This peach mojito is a refreshing twist on the classic mojito! Made with white rum, peach nectar, simple syrup made with C&H® Granulated Sugar Easy Baking Tub, lime juice, fresh mint, and soda water.

1 Mojito
  • 1/4 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar Easy Baking Tub
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup 
  • 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 2 ounces Peach Nectar 
  • 4 ounces Club Soda

Step 1 
Make the simple syrup by combing sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat on low until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool.

Step 2
In a tall glass, using a muddler, muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice.

Step 3
Pour the white rum and peach nectar into the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour the soda water over the top and stir.

Additional Tips
  • Garnish with mint leaves, lime wedge and a fresh peach if available.
  • Create a sugared rim if you desire by rimming the glass with a lime wedge and dipping the rim into C&H® Granulated Sugar Easy Baking Tub.
  • Add more or less simple syrup, depending on how sweet you want the recipe.
