1 (7-8 lb.) Semi boneless half ham (fully cooked)
- 1 cup C&H Light Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Apple jelly
- 4 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves

Prep Time: 25 minute / Cook Time: 2 hour / Yields: 10 - 12 servings
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Place the ham on the rack of a roasting pan. With a sharp knife, score the top of the ham into a diamond pattern. Bake for 1 ½ hours.
Step 3
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 3-5 minutes until well combined.
Step 4
Remove the ham from the oven and brush the brown sugar glaze over the ham. Bake for another 30 minutes. Baste with the glaze every 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove ham from the oven and allow to rest 30 minutes before carving.
