1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons C&H® Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Celery seeds
- 3/4 small Green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 small Red cabbage, shredded
- 3 medium Carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 medium Yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped

Prep Time: 20 minute / Rest Time: 1 hour / Yields: about 8 servings
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and add the dressing. Toss until all the vegetables are well coated. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
