  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil 

  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar 
  • 3 tablespoons C&H® Light Brown Sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery seeds 
  • 3/4 small Green cabbage, shredded 
  • 1/2 small Red cabbage, shredded 
  • 3 medium Carrots, peeled and shredded 
  • 1/2 medium Yellow onion, thinly sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped

Prep Time: 20 minute / Rest Time: 1 hour / Yields: about 8 servings
Step 1 

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and add the dressing. Toss until all the vegetables are well coated. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
