Ingredients
    For the pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1 ½ cups C&H® Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 6 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 4 tablespoons Pumpkin puree

    For the pumpkin spice latte
  • 1 cup Milk of choice

  • 1 ounce Espresso coffee, freshly brewed
  • 3 tablespoons Pumpkin spice syrup
  • Whipped cream, to top off
  • Pinch cinnamon and nutmeg, as garnish

Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes / Yields: 1 serving
Step 1

Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add spices and pumpkin puree. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain through a very fine mesh or cheese cloth. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat and froth the milk. Add espresso and syrup into a cup and stir together. Fill the cup with hot milk. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with spices.
