1 ½ cups C&H® Light Brown Sugar
- 1 ½ cups Water
- 6 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 ½ teaspoons Ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon Ground cloves
- 4 tablespoons Pumpkin puree
For the pumpkin spice syrup
1 cup Milk of choice
- 1 ounce Espresso coffee, freshly brewed
- 3 tablespoons Pumpkin spice syrup
- Whipped cream, to top off
- Pinch cinnamon and nutmeg, as garnish

Instructions
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes / Yields: 1 serving
Step 1
Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add spices and pumpkin puree. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain through a very fine mesh or cheese cloth. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat and froth the milk. Add espresso and syrup into a cup and stir together. Fill the cup with hot milk. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with spices.
