Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp C&H® Light Brown Sugar

  • 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 6 oz Hot Coffee
  • 2 oz Lightly Whipped Cream
  • Sprinkle Shaved Dark Chocolate

Prep Time: 5 minutes / Yields: 1 cup (8oz)
Step 1

Brew a pot of coffee

Step 2

Add 1 Tbsp of C&H Light Brown Sugar to a coffee mug

Step 3

Add 1.5 oz of Irish Whiskey

Step 4

Top with 6 oz of hot coffee

Step 5

Stir until sugar is dissolved

Step 6

Pour heavy cream in a mixing glass

Step 7

Lightly whip using a spoon or a milk frother

Step 8

Pour your lightly whipped cream over your coffee

Step 9

Top with dark chocolate shavings

Additional Tips

Pour your lightly whipped cream slowly, ensuring it does not mix with the coffee. This will help you achieve that signature separation between the dark coffee and the white cream on top.

For a slightly sweeter cream topper, add a drop of vanilla extract and a teaspoon of sugar before whipping!
