Ingredients
    For the brown sugar syrup
  • ½ cup C&H® Dark Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • Pinch Salt 
    For the latte
  • 2 shots Espresso
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Cookie butter
  • 6 ounces Whole milk, or milk of choice

Instructions
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 10 minutes / Yields: 1 drink
Step 1

Prepare the syrup. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients for the syrup. Simmer the mixture and stir until all the sugar has dissolved and the syrup has slightly thickened. Remove from heat. 

Step 2

Prepare the drink. In a glass or a cup, mix together the espresso shots, sugar syrup, and cookie butter. Stir until well combined. Using a milk frother, froth the milk and pour over the espresso mixture. Garnish with cookie crumbles. Serve immediately.
