Overnight Peaches and Cream Oatmeal


6 cups


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups steel cut oatmeal
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen sliced peaches, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup C&H® Golden Brown Sugar
  • cream or milk

Overnight Peaches & Cream Oatmeal


Grease the inside of a slow cooker with butter. Add all ingredients except cream. Gently stir to combine. Cover pot and set heat on low. Cook on low setting for 8 hours.

Divide into 6 (1 cup) servings. Serve with cream or milk to taste stirred into the oatmeal, if desired.
