Football Cream Cheese Toffee Dip

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add confectioners’ sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in toffee bits.

Line a medium bowl with plastic wrap. Place cream cheese mixture into bowl. Fold up the plastic around the cheese mixture, lightly pressing on the wrap to slightly flatten out the mixture. Refrigerate 60 to 90 minutes.
Once chilled, lift plastic wrap out of the bowl. Turn cheese over onto a plate and form the chilled cream cheese mixture into a football shape by hand.

Remove the plastic wrap. Press chocolate chips into the top and sides of the cheese until completely covered.

Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the chips on the cream cheese football to create shoelace design.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Serve with pretzel dipping sticks.
