Citrus Fruit Punch

Fresh mint leaves are a refreshing complement to this lemon and orange-flavored fruit punch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel, grated
  • 1 tablespoon orange peel, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups C&H® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar or C&H® Granulated Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ginger ale
  • ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; set aside.

In a 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar, water and honey over medium heat; bring to a boil. Pour over juice mixture and let cool. Strain and store in refrigerator.

To serve, combine 1 part juice mixture with 3 to 4 parts ginger ale. Serve over ice.
