Chocolate-Flavored Whipped Cream
about 4 cups whipped cream
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons C&H® Quick Dissolve Superfine Sugar
- 2 teaspoons strong coffee, cooled
Place the cream in a chilled mixer bowl. Mix with the whisk attachment until doubled in volume.
Sprinkle in cocoa powder and sugar. Add coffee, one teaspoon at a time, whipping after each addition. Whip until stiff peaks form.
Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 30 minutes.
