Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze for Corned Beef
1 cup glaze
- 1 cup C&H® Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
- boiled corned beef, hot or warm
When your corned beef is boiled, and nearly ready to serve, make the glaze.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare shallow baking pan.
In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, combine mustard and sugar, mixing well. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute. Remove from microwave; stir.
Place cooked corned beef in pan. Pour hot glaze over meat, spreading with a knife to completely cover top. Cover pan tightly with foil; place in oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven; slice and serve.
