Apricot Yogurt Frosting

A lighter-style buttercream frosting.

YIELDS

about 2 cups frosting

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups C&H® Confectioners Sugar
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In large bowl, beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy. 

Makes enough for two 9-inch layers.
