Fast and easy—the fact that there's no flour is no mistake!

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter, creamy or smooth
• 1 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine all ingredients; blend thoroughly. Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped into granulated sugar.

Bake 14-16 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on rack.
