Strawberry Cream Frosty
- 2 small baskets fresh strawberries
- 1 cup C&H® Baker's Sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed (1 med. lemon)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 6 sprigs mint (optional garnish)
Wash and hull berries; place in container of food processor or blender. Add Baker's Sugar™ and lemon juice; process until puréed. Remove and reserve about 3/4 cup berry purée. Add cream to processor bowl; process to blend.
Pour mixture into 6 individual dessert bowls or ramekins. Drizzle reserved berry purée on top of each dessert. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with mint, if desired. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
