Discovered these are even better the next day! So I'd suggest making them one day ahead of time for best flavor.
Rolled mine into balls and then refrigerated. Pulled from fridge and put straight into the preheated oven.
Don't preheat the oven before preparing the cookies as the recipe states. (Why would you leave your oven on 400 for the hour that your cookies are in the fridge?) Wait until just before you are ready to bake them.
