Quick Fudge Frosting

2 cups

Thick, fudgy goodness for cakes or cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups C&H® Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened

Instructions

In large bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and salt. With electric mixer, beat in boiling water, vanilla and butter until smooth and thick.
