100% Certified Organic Liquid sweetener. Produced from organic cane juice with mild cane juice flavor making a natural alternative to other sweeteners. High solids of 77% make it ideal for applications requiring concentrated liquid sweetener solids. High solids concentration increases stability & inhibits crystallization. C&H Organic Invert Liquicane® is pasteurized at a minimum temperature of 80ºC for a minimum of 15 minutes. To ensure the product meets C&H strict quality guidelines, it is filtered through a 75 micron filter prior to packaging.
