Baking Challenge: Agave Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie

I knew that my last pie challenge of the month had to be Pumpkin, the quintessential Thanksgiving pie. What I didn’t expect, was for the pumpkin pie recipe to be completely gluten-free and made with agave!
